Intermodal Location

We welcome the Western Australian Planning Commission's (WAPC) recent announcement of the preferred location of the intermodal facility within the Latitude 32 Industry Zone. We are now able to finalise the structure planning and revised master plan and expect to have them available for comment by the middle of 2010. Community Information Session

As LandCorp moves to the next stage of planning for Latitude 32 on the 4th October, 2008 we held a Community Information Session in Munster to answer questions regarding the development of a structure plan for the area. During the session LandCorp encouraged visitors to nominate for the Community Reference Group who will provide valuable input into the Structure Planning process. The group will meet throughout 2008, 2009 and 2010.
